Who we are
restage is an internal tool of JP Management. Our team uses it to find short videos, prepare new versions of them and store the results. Questions go to jp.ads.management@gmail.com.
Your restage account
To sign you in we store your email address and, if you enter it, your name. We use them only to let you in and to show who did what inside the team.
Google Drive
An admin can connect one Google account for storage. restage then asks Google for two things: the email address of that account, to show which account is connected, and access to the files and folders restage creates itself. restage cannot see, change or delete any other file in that Drive. With this access restage creates a folder named restage, puts finished videos into it and shares that folder with the team and with addresses an admin adds. They can view and download, nothing more.
What we do not do
We do not sell data, show ads or pass Google data to anyone outside the team, and Google data is not used to train AI models. The use and transfer of information that restage receives from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and deletion
The Google access is stored encrypted. It can be removed at any time in restage under Settings, Google Drive, Disconnect, or in the Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections. The restage folder stays in the Drive until it is deleted there. To have a restage account deleted, write to jp.ads.management@gmail.com.
